This Comflowy Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how your personal information is processed when you use Comflowy, a product that uses AI models like Stable Diffusion to realize functions such as text-to-image and image-to-image generation.

Information We Collect, How It Is Used, & The Legal Basis for Processing

Account Information. We collect your email address or phone number to create an account and verify your identity. We also create a user ID for your Comflowy account. We may use this information to communicate with you about your account. This is so we can comply with our contractual obligations to you.

Device Information. We collect your device type and operating system details for analytics and to troubleshoot product issues. This is so we can comply with our contractual obligations to you.

Communication Records. We maintain a record when you communicate with us via email, through the Comflowy, or otherwise. We store these communications and information related to these messages, such as the date of the communication and to whom it was sent.

Third Party Application Login. You can log into your Comflowy account using third party applications (e.g., Google , Microsoft and Github). When you log in using this method, we collect your name and email address associated with that third party application for authentication and identity verification purposes. This processing is necessary to comply with our contractual obligations to you.

Subscription Billing Data. We use a third party service provider to collect and process your billing information when you subscribe to Comflowy. The information our billing provider collects may include your name, billing address, your credit or debit card details, phone number, and email address. This processing is necessary to comply with our contractual obligations to you.

Advertising. We collect information about you when you interact with Comflowy ads to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. This information includes your IP address, advertising ID, and ad interaction information. It is in our legitimate business interest to advertise our product. Where necessary, we will obtain your consent before engaging in this process.

User Research. We may ask you to help us test new features or participate in surveys to help enhance your Comflowy experience. Your participation is voluntary and the data we collect is anonymized. With your consent, we may use your personal information to communicate with you.

Analytics. To gather analytics and metrics to better understand how users use the Comflowy. We also use analytics data to evaluate and improve the Comflowy, including the Ad Services and personalization, and to develop new products and services. Interactions with Comflowy. Our third party LLM providers and third party bot developers may receive details about your interactions with Comflowy (including the contents of your chats, image, etc.) to provide and generally improve their services, which they may process in their legitimate business interests. Your Comflowy user account information (e.g., username and email) is not shared with any third party LLMs or developers. Third party developers that create bots on Comflowy using APIs may view and store your chats on their servers in order to train their models. Keep in mind, any information you provide to the bots on Comflowy will be shared with third party LLM providers and developers powering the bots, and there is no need to share sensitive personal information with the bots (e.g., credit card information, social security information, etc.).

For legal or regulatory purposes. We also reserve the right to disclose your information without your consent to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental requests.

How We Secure and Store Your Information

Security. Comflowy maintains appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, and altercation.

Retention. We keep your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you. Once our relationship with you has come to an end, we will retain your personal information for a period of time that enables us to maintain business records for audit purposes, comply with record retention requirements under the law, and defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims.
